I had an incredible experience at this resort, from the best massage ever at the spa to a lovely stay in a mountain studio. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the location amidst nature was simply beautiful. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, especially during off-peak periods when the restaurant isn't fully operational. Overall, I loved the wildlife view and the various activities available for families.

Additionally, the lack of provided firewood for our fireplace was disappointing, especially considering the price. Overall, we loved the ambiance and activities, but some service improvements would enhance the experience.
