Reviews and Ratings
The resort is set in a beautiful location with plenty of activities to enjoy, from canoeing to hiking. The accommodations are comfortable and well-kept, but there were issues with bed bugs and unclear hiking directions which can be concerning. The dining options could use improvement, especially for families looking for quick meals after a day of activities, as the available eateries tend to have long wait times.
I had an incredible experience at this resort, from the best massage ever at the spa to a lovely stay in a mountain studio. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the location amidst nature was simply beautiful. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, especially during off-peak periods when the restaurant isn't fully operational. Overall, I loved the wildlife view and the various activities available for families.
The resort offers a beautiful view and a spacious room, but the overall experience was marred by issues with cleanliness in the showers, inconsistent dining service, and noise from the floor above. The check-in process was smooth, and the amenities provided a good range of activities, but I expected better communication from the staff throughout our stay.
I really enjoyed my stay at this resort, as it was surrounded by stunning natural beauty with views of the mountains and a lovely lake. The wildlife was plentiful, and I had fun with the various activities available. However, the dining options could use some improvement, as the breakfast was underwhelming and dining wait times were frustrating during peak periods.
Our stay at Lake Crackenback Resort was almost perfect. The two-bedroom luxury chalet we booked was stunning and truly 5-star, ideal for our family of four. The range of outdoor activities was fantastic, though we had some hiccups with dining options that weren't quite kid-friendly. Additionally, the lack of provided firewood for our fireplace was disappointing, especially considering the price. Overall, we loved the ambiance and activities, but some service improvements would enhance the experience.
